Delivery Information

Shipping Provider

We ship packages through FedEx and offer several tiers of shipping within the United States: Ground, Fedex Express Saver, and Standard Overnight. Note, when you confirm your order for our Smart Readers it will take our team 5-7 days business days to prepare the Smart Readers for shipping and then, the Smart Readers will be shipped pursuant to the selected method. When selecting a shipping method, our team will advise if a certain option is not available for your shipping address. Not all options are available for every shipping address.

For shipments outside the U.S., FedEx is the preferred carrier. Through FedEx, we offer a number of options that will vary by region. Based on regulatory shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Tracking Numbers will be provided as soon as possible after shipping. You will receive an email once the order ships that will include the tracking number.

If you prefer to ship via your carrier account, you must provide a completed shipping label sent via email to affix to the boxes. We cannot print labels for your carrier account. In order to complete the shipping label, we will provide you with the number of boxes, dimensions and weight.

If you have specific shipping needs, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Shipping Time & Rate

Orders for in-stock items ship within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of payment.

Estimated shipping charges can be added to your checkout order. These are just an estimate. We will notify you with the final shipping amount.

International Orders

RFRain regularly ships orders across the world. Note, any shipping charges we collect only cover the costs of shipping the product to the address provided.
